The impact of a journey is not simply find to the physical effects on the individual, but more importantly the psychological effects. She does not posit anything, stay silent for the whole pellet. This is important as it shows that there is a deeper problem within precious coral. It is Corals delusion that has led her to be very perceptive. Her yearning in Act 1 scene 3 is almost palpable. She is about to break. Her silence in scene 3 now takes on a more disturbing meaning.
